Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in community mobilization or youth engagement, preferably within SRH or health promotion programmes.
  • Experience in supervising peer educators, community champions, or volunteers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with adolescents and diverse community stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Education

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Community Development, Public Health, Sociology, or related field.
