Operating in Kano State Nigeria’s most populous state this flagship programme serves as a live innovation lab for testing, refining, and scaling interventions that can transform MNH outcomes across the country.

Mamii Programme
WCAHealth serves as the lead local implementation partner for the government’s NHSRII flagship programme, MAMII, in Kano State demonstrating our capacity to work hand-in-hand with government at scale.

Access to Comprehensive Care and Essential Support Services
The ACCESS Programme is a community-based adolescent sexual and reproductive health initiative designed to improve access to trusted information, mentorship, referrals, and youth-friendly health services for adolescent girls and young women in Nigeria. Implemented by WCAHealth Options in collaboration with community engagement and health partners, ACCESS works at both community and health facility levels to address the barriers that prevent adolescents from accessing accurate information and essential reproductive health services.
The Key stakeholders are Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (FMoHSW)/STBF and implementing partners including UNICEF, LAFIYA, SFH, MSION, Pathfinder, CHAI, local CSOs and community platforms.
