Job description
Responsible for managing the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The role ensures accurate financial records, effective use of funds, risk management, and timely financial reporting to support sound decision-making and organizational sustainability.

- Qualifications and Experience
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAN) required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in project financial management, preferably with donor-funded programmes.
- Proven experience managing multi-state or multi-partner financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of donor regulations (e.g., BMGF, USAID, FCDO). Demonstrated ability to manage audits, reporting cycles, and compliance processes.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, Sun Systems) and Excel-based financial tools.
