Job description
The Big Sister Officer will support and mentor girls and young women by providing guidance, advocacy, and program support to promote their wellbeing, confidence, and personal development. The role works closely with communities and program teams to ensure safe, inclusive, and impactful engagement.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Community Development, Public Health, Sociology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in community mobilization or youth engagement, preferably within SRH or health promotion programmes.
- Experience in supervising peer educators, community champions, or volunteers.
- Demonstrated ability to work with adolescents and diverse community stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
