Job description
The Commercial & Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Director will lead WCAHealth’s commercial strategy and pharmaceutical supply chain operations to drive sustainable revenue growth and reduce donor dependency. The role provides strategic leadership in sales, marketing, cost-recovery models, and health supply chain strengthening, ensuring regulatory compliance, product quality, and improved access to essential health commodities.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law, HR compliance, and donor-funded project HR systems.
