Job description
Responsible for managing Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) activities to track program performance, generate evidence, and support data-driven decision-making. Designs and implements evaluation tools, analyzes data, and ensures findings inform program improvement and reporting.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Epidemiology, Demography, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor-funded health or development programmes.
- Proven ability to manage data systems and conduct data quality assurance.
- Experience with DHIS2, Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. ·Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
