Job description
Oversees the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs within a state. Ensures projects meet objectives, comply with policies, manage budgets and resources effectively, and deliver quality results. Coordinates with stakeholders, provides leadership to teams, and reports on program performance.

Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or development studies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing health or development programmes at the state level.
- Proven leadership in coordinating multi-sectoral projects, preferably within adolescent SRH or RMNCAH+N.
- Demonstrated experience working with state governments, SPHCBs, and local partners.
- Strong track record of staff management, planning, and operational delivery.
